There are no new smoking facts to teach you. You already know all of them.
These may not have been explained as clearly as you would want to but suffice it to say that you surely know the
most basic of the smoking facts.
Simply put, smoking kills. You know the dangers of smoking and yet you continue to
smoke and never thought about how to quit smoking.

citing a close person you know who has been smoking all the years of his life and yet lived for a long time or is
still living at the present time. No amount of evidence can outweigh information you personally know. It is as good

The Experiment To Show The Most Basic Of The Smoking
Facts
Personal knowledge of circumstances and facts are what people testify for in court. Since you
are not convinced of the truth in the smoking facts, let us conduct an experiment.
Get a plastic bottle with a cap. Clean and dry it well. Place a hole in the centre just big
enough for a cigarette stick. Stuff the bottle loosely with white cotton. Light a cigarette and slide the mouth
piece of the cigarette inside the hole you made. Squeeze the bottle making it literally smoke the cigarette. After
ten squeezes extinguish the cigarette and retrieve the cotton from inside the bottle. The cotton has changed colour
- there are parts darker than the rest.
Now you have personal knowledge of the true effect of smoking to the lungs. You did not even
have to finish the cigarette and yet the black nicotine and tar from smoking is evident as against the whiteness of
the cotton. Imagine that the cotton is your lungs. How many sticks have you consumed? How blackened and tarnished
would you consider your lungs to be? Is there a way to erase the damage you have done? You know the answer to these
questions for these are smoking facts you already know.
The Plain Reality Of Smoking Facts
Smoking facts help you understand why smoking is bad for your body. It gives you information on
the diseases that will affect you later in life. Diseases like lung cancer, chronic lung problems and other
diseases arising from a compromised immune system like bronchitis and pneumonia. It also explains why smoking is
addictive. Finally, it tells you that you can stop smoking. It assists you in providing new medicinal discoveries
